Very nice hostel. Definitely more upscale and for the price you get what you pay for. It's nice to be on the Anatolian side closer to the ferries to get to adalar. The place is clean with a good kitchen and bathroom. Would strongly recommend getting the double room that is completely private for two if you have a partner! Costs the same as two singles in the 8-10 person suite but feels luxury. They go fast so book it in advance. Great place!

I was denied early check in, and was denied staying in hostel common area till I could check in at 14 o'clock (both were possible) because the volunteer girl at reception just didn't want to do it for an unknown reason for me as she just saw me first time in her life for few minutes, she really didn't want to check me in. I had a night flight and didn't sleep but was forced to go out and spend 5 hours in the city. Couldn't believe that someone threw me out because she didn't like how I look or whatever. Se
