Very clean, very nice host. A lot of families with small children. No toilet paper in the bathrooms though. Good atmosphere

We were only there for 1 night but the greeting of the staff upon our arrival (Jorge and the owner) was exceptional and welcoming. There was a little bit of a mix up during our reservation but they worked it out quickly and offered us an even better option! I believe this is a relatively new hostel but I already know they will do great if they continue with the awesome customer service. They have a terrace, the facilities are very clean, and walking distance from the Tacubaya metro station.
