Cancellation Policy: 7 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged 100% of your stay.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards.

Taxes not included: Turistic Tax - 3.5% per sales tax.

Don’t be fooled by the 9.1 rating! For €35/night, the facilities are disappointing. The kitchen has no cutlery, cooking utensils or even a fridge. Staff said cutlery wasn’t provided because guests steal it. Wi-Fi stopped working several times, the door handle was half broken, and it was very noisy. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again!

Great value for location. Lots of street noise can be heard & bright street lights seen from rooms, even with windows & blinds closed. Inconvenient & confusing check-in process, because hostel has 3-4 different business names. Some staff hospitable while others made me feel it was a chore to address me & my questions. Shared bathrooms inconsistent — limited hot water in showers. Small kitchenette. No shared info about activities or entertainment nearby. Would stay again if no better place.

Great value in excellent location to Zona Rosa and for exploring the city. Fabulous staff, shoutout to Frank. Excited to see what the construction on the rooftop patio leads to.
