Cool place! Nothing to complain, Don Jon knows how to take care of his guests. You will enjoy and leave more relaxed.

We LOVED staying at Don Jon's! The value for one of the coolest looking cabinas (tree-house) with upper level hammocks, and a downstairs lounge/kitchen was fantastic. The cabinas were a little hot, but other A/C rooms are offered. The location is a little far out of the center of town, but still around plenty and completely walkable. The reception staff was always very helpful in booking transportation and giving advice. The breakfast burritos hold up their reputations as the best in the area!

Don jon's is wonderful. Great vibe. Great place. Great location. So glad to have found it here. I had to give it a low score only for value for money cause $20 for a shared dorm is steep. But it's peak season, so I guess that's what's up.

Don Jon's is a cool little lodge. Wife and I stayed 1 night in a private room, no A/C and it was pretty hot, the ceiling fan couldn't really keep up. Had no hot water at all, that was fine for the afternoon but for a morning shower not to good. The area is populated with surfers and we aren't really in that crowd, but if we were it would have been the spot to hang out. Don Jon was great and there are a number of little restaurants near by.
