toilets are too small on the lower floor. No proper place to store the bedding materials. Should have more space for guest to hang or dry the clothes. Overall to improve and upkeep the place. Should at least have a mirror in the room

Very clean. Nice staff that are always ready to help. Good location in Seoul. Breakfast included was a plus too. Would definitely stay again but with earplugs at night! (the building is very sonorous so you hear doors slamming and people walking, etc)

The hostel is in a good location with easy access to the metro system. There is a lot of atmosphere around the area, when I arrived there were street stalls selling food and a lot of activity as there are a number of restaurants / bars around the hostel. The hostel is simple but is very clean, with the bathrooms being cleaned everyday. The inclusion of breakfast was great and I would stay there again.

A newly renovated, really tidy hostel in a good place near the Sinchon metro station and night life since it's in the middle of three universities. Friendly young staff and good breakfast, my single room was quite peaceful (though you could hear noises from outside, there's an elementary school right next to the hostel, and from the hallway if someone was there). During my stay 2/5 toilets were out of use but we managed somewhat well with the working 3. Can recommend!

the hostel has 3 level, i found that only fifth floor living room has heater and 3rd floor doesn't. the bathrooms are too small, not recommend for big size people to stay in this hostel.

Very good hostel! Nothing to complain ^ ^ But my suggestion is It would be very good if you have a large map to show tourist attraction around the island.

The owner Mr Kim, was very friendly. He really take cares of his guests and always make sure that his guesthouse is clean. He got few boys assisting him in this guesthouse. The staffs are very friendly and so nice...

Good "hostel" in a great location close enough to Seoul Metro and lots of food and "hofs"/bars around.. Nori was very helpful and welcoming. Nice relaxed atmosphere. I think there is a need for better signage, as of now there is only a paper sign indicating that the building contains a hostel.

I was really impressed with JK House and i really recommend it! It's in Sinchon, extremely close (like a 3 min walk) to the subway station, and from there, you can catch the subway to anywhere. Hongdae and Idae are just one or two stops away; catching a taxi may even be cheaper..thats what we did towards the end of our stay (like $2). It was extremely warm although it was freezing outside, and free wifi (even in our rooms), towels, shampoo, toothpaste, food in the fridge, were all provided.

Very nice staff. The hostel lies between three universities, the streets are quiet in the morning but bustling with young people at night. It is a rather chaotic neigbourhood and you shouldn't hesitate to call them if you can't find the hostel at once - it is on the upper floors of the anonymous looking and easy-to-miss 'x-class building'. The public spaces are better than the dormitory itself, and breakfast with other guests and staff is good start of the day.

I had some issue with cleansiness when I first got the room. The sheet wasn't changed and the floor wasn't throughly swept. However, the staff took notice and resolved the matter when I brought it up. The location is great. The young staff, especially Ray, made my experience very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and the warm atmosphere of everyone there. I would recommend the place to other travelers.
