We didn't actually stay at Lee & Co - we stayed at their other property - the Namu. They move your reservation around according to their availablity. The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast was also good. The bathroom door (right outside our door) needs oiling badly - it Squeaks terribly - and wakes you up in the middle of the night. It's impossible to open it quietly. And it could really use another toilet - there were long waiting lines.

I really loved this hostel and would definitely stay here again. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the place is really cozy, truly a home away from home! Thank you Heather for your hospitality! The only drawback is that the location, because it's in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, is really difficult to find. Not even the police could find it for me! So if you stay here, I'd recommend renting out some pocket wifi at the airport or something because that would really help with directions.

Excellent staff who really go above and beyond to put an effort into helping you enjoy your trip. A very nice breakfast too - especially compared to the usual hostel standard of white bread and jam. Located close to the very hip hongdae district and the hongik university station which is a central hub. The caveat is that this is not a place where you will have a party nor make very close friends given that the common room is small and near the bedrooms so there are strict noise and alcohol rules

Staff members were amazing. The entire place was clean. The bread for breakfast were good. Location is good, right in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, which means, good to sleep. Just two blocks from Hongdae which is easily accessible from the airport and it is a student hangout area with plenty of good restaurants. Line2 takes you to almost anywhere at all. A nice place to return to at night after going through all the chaos of Seoul!

thanks a lot to heather, you are so nice and helped us a lot. lee & no is a really nice place with a small desk in the middle of living room that provide us a very good platform to know each others. hope we can visit you again no sooner. and sorry that we forgot to throw away those deli manjoo cream cakes in fridge. one more thing is, its better to have drying clothes machines / drying place? :)

We booked through Hostelworld at Lee&No hostel, but in the end we stayed at Namu, which is run by the same owner. Not a big issue, they are both in the same area, 10 minutes walk from the closest subway station (Hongik University on the circular line number 2) . Our stay was great: Namu has a cozy and familiar atmosphere and we really felt at home. All thanks to the staff: even for few days we spent lovely moments with all the managers (Jina, Sunny, Edan) and we will definitely come back.

Very personal stay. Only a few rooms. Great breakfast and free water. Heated floors are great in the winter! Wish they had security lockers..

I loved staying here. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and everything felt as if I were walking into someone's home versus a hotel. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and offered a wide variety of options, not just toast, as many hostels do. I will definitely stay here again!

At 58 I'm not really cut out to stay in a hostel with shared bathrooms. However, that being said this was quite nice and the people there were great. Having a wonderful hot or cold breakfast with coffee each morning was extremely beneficial. Suggest they do some serious networking with cab drivers in that area as no one was able to figure out how to get there with even the best GPS. Was left standing out in the rain with luggage after showing the map to 10 drivers who refused to take me.

I like this place a lot. It's small (only a few guestrooms), cozy and has a lot of character. It's quiet and clean. I've stayed here twice and both times the other guests have been courteous and friendly. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Seoul. It can be a little hard to find but the map is really good and it's only about 7 minutes walking from the Hongdae subway stop. The free breakfast is way better than what you get most places and you can use the kitchen. Great place to stay!

The managers for this hostel own three different properties all within walking distance of each other: we stayed at the NAMU guesthouse. The place was fantastic: clean, great location, and amazing staff. One of the best hostels I've been to.

Everything was great, from cleanliness/pleasantness of the guesthouse itself to staff communication. We felt very safe and welcome. Our only problem was with the bathroom. For four rooms, there were two bathrooms (one located within one of the rooms and therefore usually inaccessible to the other guests). This made for lots of delays in getting showered and out the door which when you only have 2 days in the city is a waste of valuable time. Good value in general though.
