Marrakech on 103 & Broadway is in a vibrant neighborhood, with close transportation to any place in Manhattan. The hotel's decor is distinctively pleasant, personnel extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was a good size for its price with crisp. clean linen and good housekeeping. There is no elevator; so if climbing stairs is a challenge, the Marrakech would not be right for you. To everyone else I give the place a hearty recommendation.

Couldn't have more positive things to say! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of the main tourist attractions but the train is right by the hostel so it wasn't an inconvenience. Great place!

We stayed in NYC for a few nights and this was a great place. Right next to a subway station so we could easily get around the city. Mostly college-aged kids so it can get a little loud at night but it was fine for us. Great value, probably one of the nicer places you can get in the city for the price we paid. Would recommend and go back.

The cleaning stuff was very noisy at 8:00am, because they shouted behind our doors and woke us up. Apart of that everything was great.

We loved this hotel so muh we stayed an extra night. Starbucks is right outside as is one of the main subway lines. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water for the shower. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

We were excited to be staying in a room that was Moroccan themed like the rooms are in the pictures, however it is only the lobby that's themed and the rooms are very plain and small. However the rooms where clean and cheap which is what we were looking for and it was in a good location near central park and the subway.

Nice, clean and very well located hotel. One thing to improve is to make clear tax charges from the beginning since they did not apear in the original hotel price.

Perfectly good for a weekend trip to the city! Very friendly staff, subway station right in front of the building, some fun bars and restaurants a 20 minute walking distance away. IMPORTANT: your total cost will be more than hostel world tells you by quite a bit as they do not calculate tax. I was told I owed $240 at the front desk but ended up having to pay $280; this has nothing to do with the hotel but rather with this website.

Very good value for money, my room was above my expectations: nice size, very clean and good bed. Every problem with my room was solved right away. Also, they have a very honest staff, my friend had lost her wallet in the lobby, the staff found it and returned it untouched.

Great place, great location and awesome price. My girlfriend and I live each about an hour outside the city and this is the perfect place for a weekend trip. Although we didn't mind, it can be a bit noisy at times as the walls are thin. I would recommend this place for couples more so than single or group travelers.

This hotel was very good. It was very good located, in the Upper West Side, so almost in the center of Manhattan. The underground is just in front of the hotel's door. The rooms are perfectly clean and the cleaners change the laundries everyday. It's very quiet at night and our bed was extremely comfortable, even if the room is a bit tiny. A little bemol tho, we had a very bad view by the window, it was a wall. But very good hotel for the price of it. We recommend it.

The Hotel was comfortable. Just one step to the subway. The prices should be included taxes because I had to pay more than 40 usd for only taxes and the booking page didn´t say anithing about it . Good place to stay and have a rest.

They say it's 80 a night for a two person room. It's actually 100 plus taxes. Not happy with that. Otherwise it's clean. Rooms are a bit noisy. Location a bit far from downtown though a subway is right outside the door.
