Great place, beautiful superior rooms with nice balconies, kettle with coffee and tea daily topups. Central to old quarter but most of all super friendly staff that want to help without wanting to sell you their own tours. The best hotel of a 6 week trip throughout vietnam

Loved this hotel- had an amazing room (spacious with a balcony overlooking a courtyard) which was cleaned every day. Great location- easy to walk to old town and all the tailors. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us book buses as it was so busy over Tet. Breakfast was also great. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Great place, great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff! The staff particularly were amazing! We had booked train tickets through a different source and they hadn't arrived on the day we were leaving. We were getting nervous but the lady at reception spent hours calling and arranging for them to arrive and making sure we were looked after. Was a great place to stay!

Nhi Trung hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was very good, about a 2 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast for our room was included but if it's not included its super cheap. Tung (I think that's how you spell his name ?) was the male receptionist there - so lovely and so helpful. Thanks so much for a great time in Hoi An!

The hostel was very good but we didn't like the attitude of the staff. When we arrived, they were very happy to see us, but when we decide to not go to the Taylor where the sister of the receptionist works, he start looking us whit ugly faces and not helping us at all.

The staff are super helpful and welcoming! Great value for your money, if you are put in a back room ask for a front room with windows and a balcony and they will quickly oblige! Perfect location too!

A lovely hotel to stay at while in Hoi An. The room we had, had a balcony overlooking the street outside which was nice to sit and have a cup coffee that was provided in the room. However, one day we came back from a day out and the bathroom had not been cleaned - towels and bin changed etc. When I went down to reception to ask about this, they promptly fixed the issue. Can organise tours and bus trips to other destinations. Fantastic happy and helpful staff!

as we arrived they were extremely friendly, showed us to our room. very lovely people. the wifi didn't work in our room - level 3 - we spoke to another couple who also said their wifi didn't work in their room. the shower never got hot, we asked them to fix it but nothing was done. felt like they were a bit too pushy in making plans for us, rushing us to their tailor, which happens to be their sisters. after that though everything was wonderful. genuinely nice people. breakfast was good too.

We didn't feel very welcomed here and the manager seems to have problems to be friendly in general. Sends you to their own tailor and gives you an angry look when you come back with bags from others. The rooms were cleaned every day, new towels were smelly. Be careful with the water in the shower, it gets VERY hot. The free breakfast was basic with small portions, if you wanted more you had to pay. The place is ok, its a good and clean hostel, just not the experience you get in other places.

Our friends room had cockroaches in it, the staff refused to acknowledge this. The hotel had three guest computers, in the evening when you wanted to use them they were being used by the staff for facebook and in one particular instance to look up images of horrific accident victims! Absolutely disgusting! No discount or refund for this, the rooms were fairly tidy but incredibly noisy, I would give this place 3 out of 10 at best, avoid!

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was small but comfortable. The bathroom even had some stylish glass elements (which I didn't expect) and a nice warm shower. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was included (although basic). The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is situated a little north of the main action in the Old Town, about an 8 minute walk. Overall, I wouldn't call this place anything special, but a convenient and nice place to stay in Hoi An.

Had a very average stay here! After we and another group complained about our rooms being incredibly noisy, they tried to switch our rooms. When we realised, the staff denied it and quickly swapped us again. The rooms were tiny and jammed with useless furniture, which made it hard to move about, no WiFi and the computers down stairs hardly worked, only one out of three had facebook. We also noticed that a lot of other guests were seeking other accommodation around Hoi Ann. Horrible place, run!!

We booked here because we wanted somewhere to stay over New Year. We paid $25 a night. On reflection, it was a bit pricey. The staff were quick to push us to their tailors and to sell us bus tickets ($16 at the hotel - we paid $12 in town). The room was very nice with a nice balcony and en-suite. I would stay again, but not for $25. There are so many options that you can find as-good/better for less.

I only spent one night here and had an average stay. Clean, solid downtown location, and strong wi-fi. But the beds were hard, they didn't take credit cards, and it's not social. Great (if a bit overpriced) tailor on their recommendation.

This place was great. What stuck out most for me was how friendly the staff was - especially Thang (..?). He was always smiling and meet all our accommodations. The location was fine - it's a small city, but it's right in the old town. No complaints and that's certainly a plus!!

Thank you for making our stay comfortable ! Though the room we booked originally wasn't available, your staff was helpful to give us an alternate room and we liked the discount offered. The breakfast was served nice, warm and fresh. Particularly, we value the local travel advice from Mr. Manh.
