Good room, really hard beds, no safe, simple but good breakfast. Good location, friendly staff.

While we weren't too taken with hoi an itself, this hotel was pretty good overall. The included breakfast was great, the location was only a few minutes to the old town area & the place was kept clean and tidy. However, security-wise it didn't feel like the safest place as the doors were very flimsy, while the bathroom door in our room didn't shut properly at all. There were also a lot of ants and the airport pickup was a whole hour late. Staff were friendly but not overly so. Good but not great
The hotel was nice and clean but our room was very small. We saw the other rooms on our floor which we're much larger. It was disappointing considering how much we were paying. We moved to another hotel for less, had huge room/balcony/pool/freebikes. Much better value for money elsewhere.
We enjoyed our stay here. Really nice Balcony in our room
A very nice small hotel, built perhaps in 1930's or 1940's and refurbished preserving the style, located in the center of Hoi An, with the old harbor, museums and all the taylors within a short walking distance. My husband and I with our two teenage and adult daughters stayed here for three days, appreciating the kind and always helpfull staff who gave valuable advice on for example which jewelry shops we could trust. Then of course one of the best breakfasts we have had here in Vietnam.

It's a nice hostel, staff is gentle and very helpful, the rooms are nice, and have a great modern bathroom with hot (really hot!) shower. Unfortunately the hostel is very loud, noises from the street and even the people being in the lobby can be heard in the room. In addition the beds are very bad, so we had to very short nights.
The hotel is located on one of the main roads into town so if you in any of the rooms facing the street it will be VERY noisy. Interior rooms are a bit more quiet from the street noise however (I did switch rooms) however many doors 'stick' when closing them due to the way they lock and rattle/thunder throughout the whole hotel when closed. The staff wasn't nice and friendly but not overly helpful. The towels are paper thin.
Don't care for the shower without a stall. There was the largest spider I have ever seen in the lobby the night we checked in. Just enormous. We were told it was safe as the children play with it - don't care. Close to the town and beaches. Good food. Rooms on the first floor are noisy. Additionally they leave high wattage security lights on all night.
Love it! Staff really helpful with showing around and helped us book a tour.
Great little hotel, located right in the Hoi Ann's Old Town.
Our first room was a bit noisy for our liking and the bed was not great. However the staff were really helpful moving us to another room. The bed in this room was also not that great so they quickly moved a new mattress into the room for us. Staff really helpful booking trips for us and even lent my gf some money. One minor thing is they could do with refreshing the mattresses to get a higher score.
The staff were highly professional, helpful and kind. They were easil able to answer all of our questions and recommend laces to go, eat and things to do and met our need to have a room with a balcony. More of a hotel environment than a hostel. Super clean and kind cleaning staff too. Oh! and the breakfast is great! :D High value for money here!
