Everything was excellent, except for the occasional noises by other boarders.

Good hotel but slightly noisy with building work in surrounding buildings and traffic noise in front rooms. Ask for a courtyard room.

Perfect little hotel - would recommend this to anyone visiting Hoi An. Great friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. In good location. Only down side is that shower was not very warm but this did not ruin our stay.....

The Nhi Trung Hotel in Hoi An was good value for money, clean rooms with nice balconies for most rooms plus the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I stayed for one week and I can only say good things about this hotel. Location is 2 minutes from the historic old town, and plenty of good food places are in walking distance. During my stay heavy rainfall flooded Hoi An and even the hotel ground floor was flooded. Staff were handling it very well. In the morning when I saw the flooded lobby, first thing staff said to me, smiling 'What would you like for breakfast? We can bring it to your room.' — really amazing attitude, always friendly.

Rooms are very clean but they lack character, it felt like I was in a dull place. Staff members provide orientation to the town, recommends tailor and restaurant. There tailor shop is AMAZING. I got what I wanted and I was done the way I wanted it. Walking distance to everywhere, do rent a bike to go to the beach.

Incorrect advice given by staff (e.g. advised distance muong-man to mui ne was 15km (actual is 37km) and taxi cost was 10-15USD (actual was >20USD). Taxi ordered by them to train station took us to the airport even though they assured us the driver knew where he was going (driver didn't ask for more money). Some (not all!) staff also grumpy - our presence was a burden to them when we asked for information. Heavy commission charged per person for purchasing train tickets - even for many tickets.

Lovely ensuite twin room, hot powerful shower and AC. Breakfast is good and great location, 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Hoi An. Can help organise trips and taxis to the airport. Good wifi and computers available in the lobby. Great place to stay.

Great place! This hotel deserves all the credit. We really enjoyed our balcony. The staff is amazingly helpfull and friendly. The only tiny thing I like to complain about is that the wi-fi didn't work on the rooms, but other than that it's fantastic!

The hotel is really close to the center. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Only issue is the noise from the main street, can be annoising in the night, but if you spend a good night in the town you will not notice it :-). Staff can help to organize travels to other destination efficently.

Excellent little hotel run by friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Arrangements and communication prior to arrival was first rate. The location is very close to the old town, there are bikes for hire across the road (and laundry service half the price of the hotel's as well). Internet connection in the lobby and the breakfast was as advertised. The rooms had verandahs over an inner courtyard, kettles, (the toilet door was dodgy) but overall a very nice place to stay and highly recommended.

Perfect location for a stay in Hoi An - the main part of the town is very close and bicycles and mopeds can be rented very cheaply right across the street. Breakfast was brill, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and security was good. Not sure what else you can ask for in a hostel at this price. Highly recommended.

SUPER-friendly staff!!!! Linens and laundry had such a nice smell (after a long time travelling we can really appreciate things like that :-))!! We could choose from the menu for breakfast (included), which was very nice. We even had the possibility to make some coffee and tea in our room. Location is within walking distance from bus station (north) and the old town. This is really the best place to stay in Hoi An!! :-)
