The hotel was lovely and clean and staff very helpful. Doors locked by 11pm so if you're out later you need to knock to get in which is no problem. Bathroom was small but nice but the towels are very thin and smelled like they had been dried over a campfire on one of the days. There is a small hot water heater so we needed to wait 15 minutes between us both showering to let it heat up again...we do like long showers though. Breakfast was basic but good. Bicycle and motorbike rentals found near.

Happy with this hotel. Little bit noisy from street noise and some door banging but would definitely recommend staying here. Location is excellent. Breakfast is fantastic.

Great place to stay in Hoi An. Clean rooms, breakfast included, all you need to discover this amazing town

I really liked the place. The staff was very helpful and informative, the location was good, breakfast was nice, the private room was very nice with a small balcony. The only minus is that wifi wasn't always working well, but then I used the computers on the ground floor, so it was alright.

Loved Nhi Trung. The superior room was perfect (though the welcome mat for the bathroom could be changed). The standard room we had was good but a little mouldy smelling (it was the only room we could see whose window opened into the hallway rather than the small courtyard so I'd imagine that the others might be fresher). They had the best complimentary breakfast! Great selection, large portions, everything was very tasty. Staff was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Really nice and clean hotel in good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shower is really hot. The tours they recommended us were excellent. Would stay here again.

Lovely staff and rooms with balconies. Need new towels desperately.

Reason for slightly negative review is the poorly trained staff. Despite all smiles service, English levels were low. We had an issue where they overbooked the room (typical for hotels I understand) but an irate Aussie knocked on our door one day demanding that the room we booked was his that night. I guess everything in the area was booked so Nhi Trung couldn't send him anywhere else. He asked the staff which room was "his" and they told him our room #! Not pleasant to have a security breach!

staffs are very kind and rooms are very clean. here they offer free tea and cafe.

Good room, really hard beds, no safe, simple but good breakfast. Good location, friendly staff.

While we weren't too taken with hoi an itself, this hotel was pretty good overall. The included breakfast was great, the location was only a few minutes to the old town area & the place was kept clean and tidy. However, security-wise it didn't feel like the safest place as the doors were very flimsy, while the bathroom door in our room didn't shut properly at all. There were also a lot of ants and the airport pickup was a whole hour late. Staff were friendly but not overly so. Good but not great

The hotel was nice and clean but our room was very small. We saw the other rooms on our floor which we're much larger. It was disappointing considering how much we were paying. We moved to another hotel for less, had huge room/balcony/pool/freebikes. Much better value for money elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay here. Really nice Balcony in our room

A very nice small hotel, built perhaps in 1930's or 1940's and refurbished preserving the style, located in the center of Hoi An, with the old harbor, museums and all the taylors within a short walking distance. My husband and I with our two teenage and adult daughters stayed here for three days, appreciating the kind and always helpfull staff who gave valuable advice on for example which jewelry shops we could trust. Then of course one of the best breakfasts we have had here in Vietnam.

It's a nice hostel, staff is gentle and very helpful, the rooms are nice, and have a great modern bathroom with hot (really hot!) shower. Unfortunately the hostel is very loud, noises from the street and even the people being in the lobby can be heard in the room. In addition the beds are very bad, so we had to very short nights.

The hotel is located on one of the main roads into town so if you in any of the rooms facing the street it will be VERY noisy. Interior rooms are a bit more quiet from the street noise however (I did switch rooms) however many doors 'stick' when closing them due to the way they lock and rattle/thunder throughout the whole hotel when closed. The staff wasn't nice and friendly but not overly helpful. The towels are paper thin.
