It is mostly those charming people, like Pilar, manager, who makes this Hostal worthwile. Let alone facilities, which are clean, and have everything you'd need like clean towels, extra blankets, soap, which are often rare in many hostels. The location is quiet near metro, shopping centers, banks, etc. Will certainly go back whenever in Midellin. Gustavo Rojas

The hostel is hosted by locals and that's good. Nice included breakfast. really helpful staff. clean in every corners. beautiful common areas. Not too big so it does'nt get noisy at all. Medellin is really awesome.

Palm tree was Almost perfect, it was like a 95% for me, people there were Extremely cool. I have to say there was sewer gas leaking into the bedroom which you guys have got to get fixed it's probably just a broken P valve on a sink but again besides that 4 stars all around. Great hostel. Excellent bathroom always clean. Nice garden with good atmosphere. Not in the center, but close to a metro station.

This hostel was fine - rooms were good. The staff member on when we arrived didn't speak much English so had to struggle through check in with our broken Spanish. You also have to cook your own breakfast - BYO butter and milk. We just didn't feel it here so ended up moving. Not the social, interactive experience we were looking for however still a fine hostel.

The street in front of the hostel is very noisy at night and the beds were not very comfortable. But the staff and the guests were all very cool

I stayed here in the high season, all Medellin was fully booked as was this hostel. The staff managed a for them also unexpected peak very well, motivated to offer what a guest needs. Super hospitable and clean! Bed is very good. For so many people staying at the same time there could be one bathroom extra, or extra separate washbowl and wc. For a single traveller not sleeping in a dorm Colombia is relatively expensive in general because you always pay for a room that is a 2+ room mostly.
