Wonderful buzz at this hotel that has an energetic flow of travellers throughout - constantly. The pool and bar courtyard is the hub of activity over cocktails/beers

Nice staff but overpriced and in a bad location. Also the pool area is in the shade after midday.

Hoi An badly needs another actual hoste Staff were very rude and indifferent to customers. Booked a "private" car to the train station and they said they would attempt to find people to share if they were going at the same time. Met a women in the lobby when I was leaving who wanted to share and they mentioned nothing to her. They then tried to get her to pay full price to go in my "private" car. "Private" car was actually a mini-bus that picked up four other people from their sister hostel.

Staff weren't accommodating. Refused to let us check in before noon, without even asking our name or checking if the room was ready, then they had the nerve to call us up in the afternoon and ask what time we were checking out the next day. Restaurant food was average (better off heading out, turning left and going to the second restaurant along). Swimming pool was a highlight, along with the bar. Great place if you want to meet young people, lots of backpackers. Overall ok, but won't return.

Good location, easy to get to town or the beach. Staff were friendly, but the place was so busy they were a bit overworked. Lockers weren't very sturdy, and our room lock was broken so we couldn't lock it. Rooms and bathroom were clean, and the shower was even in a separate area! This is the busiest place for backpackers in town, so booking in advance is often necessary. Finally, the free breakfast is really very good, heaps of good food not just toast and coffee.

A little expensive and the staff are not overly helpful. But a clean place with a good breakfast...

I have been traveling for one a year staying at many hostels. This is by far the rudest staff that I have encountered. You can tell that they hate their job here except for this nice chubby guy that works at the front desk and the nice lady who does the checkout. They turn off the lights without telling anyone anything at all, even if you are in the middle of a game of pool. 2 times my friends got ignored when they had a question. The only + is it is easy to meet other backpackers here.

Nice hotel/hostel. Staff was helpful and the location was great. They include a buffet style breakfast that was really good. Although it has a pool area and lots of young people like to party there, I had no problems with noise or sleeping.

Very good place to stay to meet people, food is nice and also cheap. Very nice pool to swim in when it gets to hot. The location is alright, to the main sights like the bridge it's quite a walk. Was to far in the sun but only a short taxi rode away

The staff is very friendly, they always sang to me my favourite song and even they knew my name, Jesus from Nazareth. Only one girl was not smiling so good but i changed her with my love. The breakfast is excellent, really good! You can find nice people and the others, first world party mamas boys and girls who doesnt know hoe to smile. It´s a party hostel so dont expect to sleep at night.. i woke up at 3 am because my roommate was making an orgy with two girls, so i joined them, it was great!

The breakfast was very good. the pool is lovely and the rooms were nice too. The pick up from the bus stop and the shuttle bus in to town was a great help. The staff were very helpful. However I would not rate the My Son sunrise tour on offer as very good. You see the sun rise from the car and the guide fell asleep during the journey!

Obviously expensive for a Vietnamese hostel, but it's well worth it. It seems to be where everyone in Hoi An is staying, hence an amazing place to meet people. I have no idea why people are complaining about staff. They were extremely helpful and funny, sang my name every time I came back to the hostel! Highly recommended!

Free shuttle to the hotel and breakfast made it for me. Just what you need when you step off the bus at 6 in the morning. The staff are super friendly and helpful too!

It was a fun place to spend a few days, the pool was a good place to recover after a long night. The breakfast was amazing.

Staff were really unfriendly. When we arrived the lady behind the desk was stressed out and really snappy. Very unwelcoming. This continued for the entire stay. I woke up at one point in my dorm to find someone sleeping on the floor. I was later told it was because there was a rat in his room and they'd refused to do anything about it. Unfortunately, the only hostel in Hoi An on this website.
