Supposed to have free pick up from the bus station and no one showed up. Also the staff barge in the room at 9am everyday waking everyone up to let whoever know they need to check out at 11. Like F off its a party place we need our sleep

The best thing about this hostel was the breakfast buffet. Loads of choice&&plenty to fill you until dinner. The rooms were standard bunk beds with lockers but there were only 2 plug sockets between 8 of us which made charging phones a nightmare. The pool is nice but the food was expensive, as was the bar. There were no activities or promotions and the social areas were very uncomfortable and badly laid out. I didn't particularly enjoy my time here, there are plenty of better places to go.

Very noisy party hostel. TV didn't work. Beds were okay. Staff were rude and not very helpful.

Just wifi didn't work all the time

We are four 22 year old girls travelling together and have stayed in over 50 hostels and for me this was one of the worst. It is completely overpriced and they are so complacent as they are fully booked everyday because people are told it's where all the backpackers stay. This is true however that does not make it a good place. The beds were rock hard and there was one awful bathroom with no hot water per dorm. The staff at breakfast were also very rude.

Really fun party hostel, is huge and always full with young backpackers. Has a good pool and bar area which was great. Someone I met had some money stolen from a random guy who walked into the hostel and was stealing so in that sense security wasn't great but should be fine as long as you lock up your valuables. other than that staff was friendly and helpful except for the cleaners who would come into the rooms screaming every morning when people were sleeping. But would definitely recommend.

A nice place to meet people at the inhouse bar/restaurant and pool, very crowded and the included breakfast buffet is superb, many good options! small downsides: some of the stuff was grumpy from time to time, the pool had many particles in it but had enough chlorine to be safe to swim in :) also I was afraid the sink in the bathroom falls down the next moment so weird it hung there

At first at the reception people are not nice, almost neves you see a smile. They have a poor english and don´t try to help you with information. They don´t even dont know haw far is the beach (talking about km) or how much could be a cab to go anywhere. There´s no music at the pool and you see everybody borring there. Everytime you ask for food, they want to charge you by the time you are eating... this is really rude. The room was averege, but a litte expensive when you speak abou Vietnam.

Free breakfast, good atmosphere, decent staff, good location in between the old town and the beaches.

Nice place with a lot of young and happy backpackers. One nice and helpfull girl in the staff but the other were really unhelpfull and looked mad all the time.. 15 minutes walking to the center of Hoi An, but there are bikes for rent outside the hostel. The breakfirst was gourgeous

Stayed in a private double which was a good size.. However didn't clean the room or change the sheets on one of the days. Great atmosphere as there were loads of other travellers and had a good social area by the pool. Good location and you can hire bikes ($1) and mopeds ($5) from right outside for the whole day. Walking distance to Why Not bar but be careful if you walk back.. Make sure you come home in a group as when you are alone or in two's it is unsafe.

Gr8 hostel. Didn't venture to Hideout so can't really compare but the buffet breakfast was great (get there for 9.30 not the 10am cut off) great pool, bar and games with tables all outside making it a very sociable area. Rooms cleaned everyday, decent AC, however staff aren't very helpful. Bar gets busy at 9 (drink in room) Bicycles outside - 20,000d (full day) although you can make little deals with the lady. Old town 10 mins, beach 15 mins, and it's a 5 min walk to the Why Not Bar at night

Clean Room Cool Pool Yummy Bufet Breakfast But you might feel really old at this place if you're over 21...

Buffet breakfast is great! It is a very busy hostel. Very loud at night but we knew that ahead of time so it was ok. Our shower didn't have hot water. Bicycles outside to rent for $1! Trouble connecting to wifi was a bit frustrating. Overall good stay.

Horrible experience. If you want a hostel far away from old town and full of drunk/ hungover Brit "lads" partying over their gap year, look no further. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and smelled, there was only 1 loose plug (Chargers had to be taped to stay) for all 8 people to use, lockers had no keys (so bring own locks), some dorm doors couldn't be locked, and staff were emotionless and not too helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad and there was a pool. However, booked for 2 nights, only stayed 1

The waitresses could be very moody at times.

Best thing about this hostel is the amazing buffet breakfast! Worth going for this alone. Our room was great and clean. A busy hostel but not brilliant bar area, drinks were pretty pricey and not much of a social atmosphere. You are also about 15 min walk from the town or a 10 min cycle from the beach, however there a few good & cheap restaurants nearby.

Loved the staff and loved breakfast!! What a fun experience!

The main backpacker place for hoi an. Problem is the staff know it. The place sells out. So they let things slip like there manners, cleanliness of the rooms. I spoke to other backpackers who asked for directions for certain places. And they were sent the wrong way. We were there for the holidays. And we asked what celebrations/festivals are on they replied nothing when this wasn't the case. pool is clean. Sheets were washed but were stained. Saying that I would stay again. For atmosphere.

The free breakfast is awesome by hostel standards, all you can eat... Apart of that tho, this place doesn't have much going for it. unfriendly and incredibly unhelpful staff. kind of dirty and the place sort of feels like it's falling apart. it's 'the place to stay' in Hoi An, but it shouldn't be.
