Thought the majority of your staff were extremely rude even when simply asking for directions!

Not a great hostel but not a bad one. About a 20 minute walk into town which sucks. Pool was great though and breakfast was also good. Having only one bathroom for 8 people which was pretty dirty wasn't that great either.

Restaurant staff is way to crancky and not pollite. Sunflower is a great place to stay but its nog because of the personell. You are a commercial company which should provide some level of customer service.

great buffet breakfast. sh1t loads of other backpackers.

It was the place to be at the time. Aircon was shit. Beds were decent. The bar and pool were pretty sweet. It's a good place to make friends

Was dissapointed in the room, in an 8 bed dorm with only 2 power sockets was not ideal, also when I was given my key and bed number there was no clean bed so had to complain twice for it to be cleaned. The room was messy and had a lotof things lying about the floor which clearly wasnt anyones in the room due to us all being new to the room bar one person. Staff were friendly and was a good location however i have stayed in better rooms for cheaper

An excellent place to meet people but the dorm rooms weren't great. Ideally in a hostel, you would see plug sockets for every bed. In our 6 bed dorm, there were 2 sockets in the whole dorm, which wasn't very convenient. I would recommend to stay here if you are looking to meet people but if your looking for comfort and cleanliness look elsewhere! We also sent our clothes for laundry here and they came back dirtier and our white clothes were permanently stained!! DON'T DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!

It is to big to be really sozial.. The laundry service is not the best

Didnt really underatand al the negativity about this hostel. Breakfast is amazing, its a social place, pool is Nice. Location is bad but they make up fo it with free shuttle busses into old town during daytime. Staff is really, really cranky though, except for when you chec out haha

Had a great time !

Very busy with a good, lively atmosphere. Need more sockets.

Awesome hostel. Friendly staff. Good location.

All the negative things you read about the hostel were unfortunately true in our experience. They warned us about getting ripped off but really they were the ones who ripped us off. It's a weirdly unbackpacker friendly atmosphere. We ended up reducing our time in Hoi An as a result. However, there were others who seemed to enjoy it.

Lack of ac in bedrooms, except for a fan. Staff were rude and not particularly helpful. Better hostels in the vicinity

Pretty clean and it can be quite easy to meat people in your dorm, but if youre not lucky and travelling alone the bar isnt that inclusively fun/easy to meet people. Breakfast is great but staff are seriously sassy and tbh just rude. Was filling a v. small bottle up with water at breakfast and rather than just telling me to stop, she literally slapped my hand away and was yelling at me to stop in the middle of the restaurant.

Lush hotel hostel thing.. Basically a hotel with bunk beds. Clean as you'd need it to be, get an ensuite in all the dorms which is soooo good knowing you dont have to stagger down the hallway just to have a piss in the middle of the night. Pool looked good (didn't go in but good vibes around the area all day) nice drinks, good breakfast, 10 min bicycle ride to the old town and plenty of bike rent places literally over the road, heavy night life!!!!

We stayed in a private double room. We were disappointed with the extremely dirty stained bed linen on arrival and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was extremely poor. The staff are very rude and unwelcoming. The atmosphere suits young groups who just want to go out drinking - we felt like we were in Magaluf or Malia!

We stayer for 4 nights. The first day we arrived after a 10 hour bus ride in the evening. We had to sleep in 1 bed because they made a mistake.. We added 1 night to our stay but they forgot to confirm it so we had to upgrade to a private room. Then they made the 3rd misstake not to confirm another extention so we had to move to another hotel. The staff was really Nice but after so Many mistakes we were disappointed.

Slightly out of the main area but only 20 min walk or cheap taxi from the bars and old town. Free breakfast buffet is great. Lockers in rooms

Very expensive compared to most of Vietnams hostels and not really worth the money. So many people there so good atmosphere, and the pool helps a lot. Free breakfast very good. However, bed didn't look very clean on arrival and is a fair distance from the two key elements of Hoi An: 25 minute walk to Hoi An Main Street, and a 15 min bike ride to beach. Security could also be improved, door always seemed unlocked and although lockers provided, weren't the best.
