Before arrival I wrote an e-mail to the reception to inquire at what time is it possible to check in. They told me that any time. When we arrived there with my girlfriend at 18.05.2012 late night we were so tired, and the boy at the reception told me that the room is already sold to another one, since my bank-card was refused.
