Excellent hostel, better than any 5* hotel i've stayed in with really friendly helpful staff, great location, clean rooms and a safe environment! Were going back in March cant fault the place it was great!! We(me and onther koreans)ares studying in london and came to that hostel. at first, we didn't look forward to staying in this hostel, because of many reviews.. but they are really kind and we felt what real Irish is. if you don't like noise I don't recommend BUT ! if you enjoy with Irish, you mush go to there ! The hostel was located very close to city, a couple of minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a bargain at the price of 8 Euros a night. The next time i'm in Galway i'd be definetly be staying there. We had a fantastic stay at the Woodquay Hostel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Julie at the front desk knew everything about Galway and the guys were a lot of fun to talk to! Really good value. I had an eight-bed ensuite dorm all to myself at a fraction of the normal price. Friendly staff, cosy lounge, clean and well-equipped kitchen - apart from hot water, I couldn't ask for more. Really good value.
