Woodquay Hostel Galway City

Excellent location but I wanted to specifically say Thank You to Laura who was very patient and kind with my questions. I host a talk every night on an app and Laura helped me but nights to find the quietest spot in the hostel. I appreciate the simplicity and cleanliness overall. It did lack the privacy curtains but I made me own fort with towel and clothing. Besides, it’s a hostel. We didn’t really sign up for privacy. 😄👍

The whole place smells bad, the beds were dirty, the kitchen was really disgusting. The beds were really uncomfortable and the bunk beds are open meaning there are no curtains or anything like that. There’s humidity on the walls. The only good thing about this place was the bathroom was spacious and the location was good. The place is old so is kind of vintage if you like that vibe.
