Hostel of the week: Toc Hostel Barcelona

The interior design is the very definition of eye candy, and the comfy vibe is perfect for anyone trying to unwind after a day’s wandering.

It’s well known that one of the keys to the heart of any nomad is great food! Toc offers a scrumptious breakfast buffet, as well as a top of the line kitchen that is just begging for you and other travellers to test your own culinary prowess. You can find most everything you might need at the in house mini-supermarket. Alternatively, if you’re feeling like having a bit of a “treat yo self” day, you can take advantage of their delivery service, and feast upon some seriously tasty Japanese or Italian takeaway, or even some local homemade food! In summary: Good eats and good people!

Toc has made it beyond easy for your soul to unwind and feel rejuvenated. Pool table? Check! Games zone? But of course! Trendy bar full of interesting people? Ummmm YES! But if you’re needing to take your R&R up a level, why not soak in the Spanish sun atop Toc’s rooftop terrace, complete with swimming pool and a healthy dose of Zen.

As if all of that wasn’t enough, the actual accommodation is top notch. The dorms are comfy, affordable, and they certainly don’t skimp on quality. Toc’s housekeeping service keeps everything looking, feeling and smelling F-R-E-S-H and the huge lockers will keep your belongings safe and sound. And why not grab a little “me time” in one of their private rooms?! The balcony views will take your breath away.
