Cute and comfortable and so close to the train. The staff were helpful and there were lots of great amenities. We had nearly a hotel experience in a private room but without the hotel prices! Really great option for a day trip to Venice.

Hi Hostel World Friends. We just got back from an incredible 2 week trip to Italy, several stops (Venice, Verona & Lake Gards, Milan, Siena, Rome, Amalfi & Naples) for our anniversary. Venice was our first stop and Irene & Daniel were lovely people. Our room was pleasant, safe and comfortable. Daniel provided much needed info about getting in and out of Old Venice. There's a small gate to get in and out of the property but Daniel explained it and we had no trouble. We cooked too!

This place felt more like a hotel than it did a hostel, and for me personally, I stay in hostels to meet people etc. and this place was just too big for that. It's in great location to the train station, but a ways out from Venice. The reception didn't seem to like their jobs and while yes, they were helpful, they didn't seem to want to help. The breakfast is €7 for buffet and I think that is really overcharging, it was super basic and I should have spent my money at an actual restaurant.

Convenient location, easily accessible to Venice by bus with a huge supermarket within walking distance. Practical facilities available such as locker, breakfast and drinks dispenser with a small fee. Private room with ensuite bathroom is of a good size. Sufficient storage rack but limited space for clothes hanging.

The stay itself wasn’t ok. Not impressed with a “child tax” of €10 per child per night that was added after booking through hostel world and not being told about it in advance . We had no choice but to pay this. We booked this property as it was a cheaper option than staying in the centre of Venice but this tax added onto the train fares to get into Venice stopped it being a good value option and next time I would stay in a more convenient location in the centre of Venice

The kitchen is only a two burner hot plate serving two large buildings so we gave up on trying to cook our own meals. Otherwise it’s a nice place. Our room had ventilation issues but I imagine it was addressed since our stay.

Chiara the lady in the front desk was Terrible ,she was very upsetting not trying to help at all . She had a really bad attitude and accused my husband and I of "stealing " the token for the breakfast since her co worker forgot to added it to our room # when we bought it. She left a really bad taste in my mouth about my hostel experience. The washer broke down and left all my clothes dirty. They charge for sheets and towels. Really needs to train their staff for customer service.

As soon as we got in the hostel we felt a weird atmosphere. The place has no identity, no soul. Lots of older people and kids. Took us a few minutes to be able to check in. We were sharing the space with two older men in their underwear, later two more guys joined the group. The dorm was pretty small and the beds were not good. Also, having to pay for bed linens is pretty bad. At least the staff was friendly and the place is pretty close to the train station.
