Ceiba Hostel Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival:

STANDARD RATE: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation you will be charged for your FULL stay,
NON REFUNDABLE RATE: no cancelation of modifications will be aplicables
NO SHOW: full reservation will be charge.

Check In: 15.00 till 22.00 in case the late arrival please let us know. If you arrive before you can leave your luggage with us and use our common areas.
Check Out: till 11 am after you can leave you luggage with us and keep using our common areas.

I had a nice stay, Beth made me feel super welcome and was super kind, she gave me recommendations on tours, and places to go! The hostel itself is nice too, but the layout of the 10 bed dorm is extremely cramped and hot in my opinion, Beth also helped me upgrade to the 6bed dorm which was much nicer.
