Very clean, great location, security guard all night at the front. The staff was very kind. They knew me by name and gave me recommendations for were to eat and what to do. I wish there were more people there to meet but it is the slow season. I would stay again.

Was only here two nights but had a really nice time. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any queries. The vibe was very welcoming. The pools and the bar area were really nice and the rooms and bathrooms were good. Also a perfect location, in the centre of La Fortuna.
