An excellent place to stay for hiking the Great Wall. Warm comfy beds, hot showers, heated toilets, clean facilities, and the kindest staff. They provide all you need including meals and transportation to/from the train station. Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique immersive experience in the mountains away from the city.

Brilliant hostel out of Beijing in the peaceful Gubeikou and very close to The Great Wall! The staff were so accommodating and helped me to get the train there and even picked me up from the station. Very cozy vibe and comfortable and clean rooms.
