With a maximum of just 11 guests, you get all the social vibes of a hostel without the chaotic crowds.

Crucial Check-in & Arrival Details 🕒To keep our small-scale house running smoothly, our check-in window is strictly between 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Because we offer an unusual generous 12:00 PM (noon) check-out for departing guests, our small team is busy cleaning before then.
Please note: We do not have a reception desk before 12:30 PM, so early luggage drop-off before 1:00 PM ( 12.30 under request depending on tne day ) is not possible.
After check-out: You are welcome to leave your bags with us for free until 6:00 PM (just let us know in advance so we can confirm!).

We are in the exact same building, right next to Kaffeina Kaffe.

Check-out is anytime up until 12:00 PM (noon) and some days untill 1 PM and Sunday often untill 4 PM.
Policy: Standard rate with a flexible 72-hour cancellation policy prior to arrival.
Tourist/City tax not included to be paid by CASH at arrival according to Bologna Municipality Site for Guesthouses.
