If you are staying more then 1 night and you can’t get by 19.00 you can make a request of late check in but it will available depending on days

NO KITCHEN. But you can use Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Dishes, Bowles for salad and cereals, Cups, Forks, Knives, Spoons, Salt, Pepper …

Crucial Check-in & Arrival Details 🕒To keep our small-scale house running smoothly, our check-in window is strictly between 12.30 PM and 7:00 PM. Because we offer an unusual generous 12:00 PM (noon) check-out for departing guests, our small team is busy cleaning before then.

Please note: We do not have a reception desk before 12:30 PM, so early luggage drop-off before 1:00 PM ( 12.30 under request depending on tne day ) is not possible.
After check-out: You are welcome to leave your bags with us for free until 6:00 PM (just let us know in advance so we can confirm!).

Flexible Check-out: Enjoy your morning!
Check-out is anytime up until 12:00 PM (noon) and some days untill 1 PM and Sunday often untill 4 PM.

Policy: Standard rate with a flexible 72-hour cancellation policy prior to arrival.

Tourist/City tax not included to be paid by CASH at arrival according to Bologna Municipality Site for Guesthouses.

If your arrival is scheduled for the day after booking, you must reply before midnight.
