All rooms have air conditioning and single beds, not bunk beds.
Soundproof doors and windows.
Excellent location in the pedestrianized university area (no cars allowed). A short walk from all the attractions, restaurants, and cafes in the city center.
A 20-minute walk and 10-minute bus ride from the train and bus stations.
Clean sheets, two pillows per person, and three towels are included. **New and fast Wi-Fi**.
Good quality, drinkable tap water.
Refrigerator for guests' food, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Free coffee, tea, milk, cereal, and cookies.
Free earplugs, shower gel, hand soap, and shampoo.

Because check-out time is 12:00 PM, which is very convenient compared to other accommodations in Bologna, there is no reception staff before 1:00 PM and luggage storage is NOT permitted before check-in.
Occasionally, upon request, luggage storage is available from 12:00 PM, but this flexibility depends on the day.
If you arrive to check in or store your luggage before 1:00 PM, you will not be allowed access to the accommodation.
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in.
Luggage storage is available free of charge after check-out, only upon request and with the staff's agreement, until 6:00 PM.

Check-out is between midnight and noon.
Stamp duty of €2 (applicable to bills over €77): can also be paid in cash upon arrival.
Tourist tax not included:
€4 per person per night up to €30.99
€5.80 per person per night from €40 to €70.99
€6.50 per person per night from €71 to €120.99
€7 per person per night from €121
Only for the first 5 days.
General:
NO BICYCLE PARKING ALLOWED
No curfew.
No smoking.
No pets allowed.
Age restriction: Only guests aged 18 and over are permitted.
Please note that if the property is unable to pre-authorize your card for any reason, they will send you an email requesting further information. If the property does not receive a response within 48 hours, they reserve the right to cancel your reservation due to insufficient information. If your arrival is scheduled for the day after booking, you must reply before midnight.
If your arrival is scheduled for the same day, you must provide the updated information one hour in advance.
