Our location is perfect! We're in Budva, just a short walk (about 1.3 km) to Ricardova Glava Beach and Slovenska Beach. The enchanting town of Sveti Stefan is 11 km from us, and the historic Kotor Clock Tower is 22 km away. Getting here is easy too! Tivat Airport is 17 km from us, and we offer a handy paid airport shuttle service.

Cancel Policy: If you need to cancel, please let us know 1 day before you arrive. If you cancel late or don't show up, we'll charge you for the first night.

Check-in: You can check in from 1 PM to 12 AM (midnight).

Check-out: Please check out before 11 AM.

Payment: Pay with cash when you arrive.

Important: Taxes are not included in your room price.

The only positive feedback was the view. The location is a 20/30 minute walk to town, and coming back you must take a taxi as the roads are very steep. More a mountain than a hill. The rooms and facilities, such as the kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. There were only 2 toilets between so many guests. There are swings outside the private rooms which are incredibly loud when in use to the point it woke me up several times. Staff are not always at the reception desk despite saying so.

Amazing view but as a solo girl didn’t feel comfortable doing the long walk up by myself especially at night as google Maps sent me on crazy paths into private properties. Vibes weren’t that amazing probs more worth it staying in the old town honestly.
