I loved staying at this Hostel. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler and it really felt more like a home than a hostel. Gerald was so caring and always wants to help you in whatever you need. Even though it’s located at the edge of the city, i would recommend this place. And even at night it felt really safe in the area. Muchas Gracias por todo Gerald

I had an amazing experience at this hostel, is incredibly relaxing, with everything you could possibly need – a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy common area, and a very comfortable room. The owner Gerald was exceptional, he made the experience even better by sharing a real Costa Rican life. He was always available to help us find the places we wanted to visit and gave us amazing tips. I highly recommend this hostel to backpackers looking for an authentic and welcoming place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Pink Hostel, the host Gerald was so friendly, welcoming and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Gerald has created a lovely vibe and environment at the Pink Hostel, attracting like minded and friendly travellers. We also went on Gerald’s sloth tour and saw 8 sloths, some iguanas and lots of monkeys - we would highly recommend. Thank you Gerald and Pura Vida!
