Very basic, nothing special. WiFi is completely terrible - keeps going on and off. Toilets only downstairs and not so good. The staff is not very helpful with giving information (they tell you just partially about options around and for the rest you have to waste your time to figure out).
I completely don't agree with high scores.

This is a great hostel to come and relax here in Tulum. Gabby and the volunteers make you feel like you’re part of the family. I highly recommend this hostel.
