Doña Lucha Tulum is a sweet small hostel with two beautiful rooms.

The dorm has 8 beds (4 bunk beds) and every bed is equipped with reading light, USB connection and a curtain to make the space more private.
The room has also air conditioning and a fan.

The private room has a double bed, air conditioning and a very nice decoration.

The bathrooms and showers are shared.

The hostel also has a full equipped kitchen for cooking.

Doña Lucha Tulum Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show up, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Check out before 12:00 pm.

Payment on arrival by cash or credit card.
This property can pre-authorize your card before the arrival.

We booked the private room and ended up leaving early as we couldnâ€™t stand the constant music from the restaurant. The private room was located literally inside the restaurant and had no insulation on the doors or windows so we could hear the pumping music from 11am to midnight. There were also dead cockroaches and blood on the floor. The shower had very little hot water and barely any water pressure so very difficult to shower. They ghosted us when we asked for a refund of the remaining nights

We had a very comfortable stay with Dani and Oscar and Leo making us feel at home. The private room was clean, comfortable and secure and we very much enjoyed our stay even during big storms with no power. Thanks so much!
