Beds are good, clean, and AC strong but the bathrooms… I stayed on the second floor and the toilets don’t have toilet roll (which isn’t a huge deal) BUT they also had no bidets?!?!? It was bizarre. Other than that the place is clean and staff super friendly!

Good hostel to stay before Borneo tour on river. However extremely dirty especially in the bathrooms. Staff wouldn’t let me check in early even when I had stayed before my Borneo tour and offered to pay extra. Not social at all, no events. Kitchen dirty too. Staff not the friendliest. Be aware they have tours available, however double the price on you if your solo traveller, I never seen this anywhere else in Asia

great hostel right by all the shops and main hustle and bustle. great for a night before and after your boat trip. you can also book the boat trip via the hostel and it's a fraction of the price you'll pay on Get Your Guide etc
