Booked for USD20, but when paying in local currency they used their own bad exchange rate instead of the real-time rate, which caused overcharging. Dorm bunks and the staircase are very low and it is easy to hit your head. Only one toilet for the entire second floor, often occupied, clogged, and unhygienic. Worst issue: bed bugs. My friend was badly bitten, including around the eye, and when we warned a new guest, staff accused us of lying. This place lacks basic honesty, safety, and respect

Bedbugs!! In two different rooms, two different guests, two different nights, same symptoms. Definitely confirmed. The staff accused the other person of lying when they told them about the bugs. Only spent one night there, but already full with bites. Don't even want to mention the electric outlet in the middle of the shower.
