Yep, good place! My mate and I now want to open up a hostel of our own together :)

Your hostel is a great place to stay. Its a quiet clean place. The best of all are the rental bikes. It was a great experience to discover Stockholm by bicycle. We only missed the window in our room. But we will recommend the 2kronor hostel to our frinds and come back one day! Thank you!

The impossibility of contacting staff (even through the after hours contact number) between the inconvenient check-in hours (9-11, 3-6) is a major hassle.

Thank you, I felt very welcome and liked the hostel very much. Especially the young women at the reception were very friendly and helpful at any time - super service, TAK!

On Thursday morning (May 17) at 09:00 I reported to the reception that the shower head on the 2nd floor was broken and needed to be replaced. this would be "reported immediately" said Natalie at the desk. However, instead of simply replacing the shower head, it was taken out and there was no shower for the entire time we were there (till Sunday the 19th). ... If I had known, I would have bought a shower head in Clas Ohlsson and put it in myself the same day. Bad service, if not to say IGNORANCE!

The community rooms were too small. Because they were in the cellar, there is no daylight. The staff should be around more often and maybe offering some kind of breakfast or activities once in a while.

The worst kitchen that I've never seen: simply a mess! The rest was ok.

The hostel proper is very nice. It has a common room, a kitchen and computers for everyone to use. Rooms are small but sufficiently equipped. Reception only opens 3 hours a day (!). It's not very close to the tourist sites - if you're unfamiliar with the Swedish public transportation system you'll have to walk a lot. To its defence, there's an underground and a bus station right around the corner, which connect you with the rest of the city; a 7/11, a supermarket & restaurants are also nearby.

there should be towels or paper tissues in the toilets to dry the hands after washing them
