I was charged twice for the one night stay we had. Once that is resolved, I have only good things to say. My son and I loved our night at Jumbo Stay. The attendant who greeted us was truly kind and welcoming.

Perfect for an overnight stop-over. Comfortable beds, nice chilled atmosphere and breakfast was fantastic. Only thing was that we couldn't turn the air-conditioning off, but it wasn't so bad for us to ask at reception. Will definitely recommend as the the character and decor and generally novelty of the hostel was fantastic as well as everything else. Thank you.

I was asking for that someone could wake me to get my flight but it was not possible. Not good! Apart from that I liked it.

The 2 "poor" notifications dependes on the terrible heat in the sleeping cabin. The temperature was approximately 23 degress. We told the reception and he confirmed the termostat was put on 23 degress. Later during the evening it was reputedly put to 20 degress - but we did´nt note any difference. We could hardly sleep at all. I recommend you put the termostat at 18 degrees. If anybody should feel cold, it´s better to provide them with warm blankets, than causing everybody stay awake, sweating.
