Don't stay here! The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. The location is dreadful. The free stuff they offer is not what it appears. Except the biscuits, they were delicious. Even though it is cheap, and you get what you pay for...this place is horrible.

Lots of free food - you can go the whole day without having to buy any food at all. Great for travellers on a tight budget like us. Free shuttle from the airport was good. Bathrooms in dorm have no locks and no privacy (walk straight out of the shower cubicle into the room) which seemed strange and uncomfortable. We found most of the staff friendly and helpful. Location is miles away from most of the LA sights and wouldnt recommend being out around the hostel area at night. A motel not a hostel.

The hostel seemed to be very nice, although I only stayed there for one night. There were very different people from families to groups of older and younger people as well as those travelling alone which made the place very interesting. It offered a bar, pool and computers. The dorm I was supposed to stay in should have been for 20 people, but actually the dorm were several rooms with about 4 beds each which I really liked.

my bed had bugs and fleas in it. I got bitten by a flea and have been bites all over my body. The staff on duty the first night I was there were EXTREMELY rude. Worst hostel that I have ever stayed in!

The location is good and price is considerable. However, staffs always look tired, frustrated and not willing to help. Also, it was hard to get shuttle from LAX because they has only one small white van and there are so many shuttles in LAX.So confusing.

I like the free shuttle to and from the airport and train station. Very efficient service as you have shuttles running all the time. Free food, drinks, shuttle to the beach were also your strength. Will stay there again if I ever come back to LA.

Toilet was not as clean as it could be.

If you are flying to anywhere else from La if can endure somethings you can stay there..But if you are a selective person think twice to satay there..for 1 or 2 nights ok but not more..
