The hostel is the best place to live San Juan not just like a tourist, the Santurce Barrio is great by night, the location is good, just in front of the hostel you'll find a nice bar open till late at night. We stayed there four days, they said we'd have everyday somebody cleaning the room but actually it didn't happen. The private room is small for a couple and you haven't anything where to hang dresses. the second day the fan broke and nobody ever adjusted it, even if the AC always worked.

I paid for a bed that I never had, since I came back in the night and someone else was sleeping there. It was only volunteers that didn't took responsibility for that, and didn't put any effort to make me speak with a manager or to refound me somehow. There are rats and beatles in the kitchen. The rooftop is nice.
