Ritz was cool

Staff were super cool and laidback, motel feel with open air kitchen /common area A lot of roaches though, and the stray cats knock over or steal food/s*** left outside in common area. Balanced in the context of sociability. I had fun in the night i stayed there. They should thoroughly clean the bathrooms tbh

The facility is generally poor with cockroaches in the kitchen area and facilities that are run down. The in person staff are excellent and very kind. Unfortunately, I had a death in the family that required me to cut my stay short. When I emailed about a potential refund given the circumstances, they didn’t even give me the courtesy of a response. I’m sure this is a reflection of management and not the staff.
