It’s black mold in bathroom and all throughout the entire property not safe to breathe and I was double charged had to fix with my bank cause the property said they had no control

Unfortunately, we didn't have a positive experience at Casa Santurce. We notified the hostel in advance that we would be checking in after hours, but didn't receive any late check-in information. When we arrived no staff were available and we tried calling the emergency number but no one answered. Fortunately, after 30 minutes, a volunteer was able to let us in to our room, where we discovered that the bed still had dirty sheets on it and the room was messy. There were cockroaches in the girls dorm. The kitchen is outdoors where I also saw bugs. Most of the staff were nice, looked out of the girls, but there was one volunteer who was very creepy and tried to hit on the young girls staying in the hostel, which was concerning as he knew the code to the girls room. The bar across the street is fun, with pool and a rooftop, and the bartender was super nice and looked out of us. I wish the best for the staff who looked for me, but I would not go back.
