This guy cancelled my 6-day reservation the same day I arrived, and then was very rude to me, like I did something wrong by having my card locked while I was on the plane. I called when I landed and saw the attempted charge, and asked if I could pay cash upon arrival, to which he said yes. When I got there, he wasn’t apologetic, or even helpful. He said come back tomorrow and then dismissed me. After a rude exchange, I left, and 5 FULL DAYS LATER, he tried to again charge me the full $150.
