The Staff was bothered to see me when I arrived and unwilling to give recommendations for nearby activities. I would never recommend this location. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I pre payed for over two weeks. When I was there I had money stolen from me. A staff member also has money stolen from them. Staff is all volunteers simply staying there for free to work no pay. They don't care. Wild cats every where. Place very dirty. Left a week early due to theft issue. Them they refused to return my week worth of unused moneys paid. I am going to contact the law? DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to keep your money!!! They steal from everyone!!!

I loved San Juan but this was the worst hostel I’ve stayed at across over 30 countries. No running water the whole time. The smell of feces and urine made me sick while I slept. Tons of cockroaches and bugs. Lots of mosquitos. However met some cool people!
