Unfortunately, we didn't have a positive experience at Casa Santurce. We notified the hostel in advance that we would be checking in after hours, but didn't receive any late check-in information. When we arrived no staff were available and we tried calling the emergency number but no one answered. Fortunately, after 30 minutes, a volunteer was able to let us in to our room, where we discovered that the bed still had dirty sheets on it and the room was messy. We followed up over the phone and email to reques
