Location was amazing! That's about it. Breakfast was included but it was the most pathetic breakfast I've seen at a hostel, still it's better than nothing at all. The main problem was the lack of cleaning in the toilets. The first day we were there one of the toilet bins was overflowing (and it's a put your toilet paper in the bins place) It's not like they have many toilets to look after either. The view from the balcony is amazing and the price is okay. Everything else was average at best.

Great location overlooking Plaza de Armas. We had a double room with a sitting room/kitchen (shared with one other room) and a porch overlooking the plaza from 6th floor. Quite amazing for the price, would be great for an extended stay when traveling with a group. Security of building seems fine, but individual rooms could improve the locks etc. Staff very good, breakfast better than average, although of course could be improved by including fresh fruit, cereal and other drinks (eg chocolate)

Honestly I was disappointed: There was no avaliability to do the laundry during my stay, the computers worked only half the time, same for the plugs in my room, and staff was not over-excited to give solutions when I told them. Room was smelly and loud (you could hear the music from the common rooms and see also the lights). Maybe good party location? Don't take the airport transport they offer for 13.000 Pesos, there is a bus from Los Heroes for 1.300 !

Thought this was going to be a pretty cool hostel because of its fantastic location, it's right in the central plaza. The views down to the plaza are really great and it's fun to just hang out watching all the movement below. Everything was just fine with this place until it came time to sleep! The rooms don't have full walls, so you're left with an incredible amount of light that comes into the room from the rest of the hostel. It was seriously like sleeping in broad daylight, awful.

Could have better facilities but for the rest this place is really nice ! Nice and helpful staff, breakfast is alright, good location (somewhat a bit hard to find though if you don't think about going up in the building on the 6th floor.) and great panorama !

This was a great hostel with an awesome location/view. Right in the heart of Santiago with short walks to the Cerro de Sancristobal and Cerro de Santa Lucia. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We did have problems with the staff managing noisy guests during the wee hours of the night, but overall a positive experience.

The hostel itself is beautiful. A nice old building at the plaza de armas. Unfortunately this is the only good thing. The staff is terrible. If you ask simple questions you'll get

Amazing location. However room had no external windows and was very hot. At least the showers only had one temperature - ice cold so that cooled me down!

The view over the Plaza is really cool. We only stayed 1 night but thought this hostel was very good. The staff were really helpful and the dorm room was clean and beds were fine. Showers were warm, and breakfast was ok.

Everything about this hostel is average. Nothing is overly terrible but nothing is overly great. Location is good and a nice view from the balcony but the hostel is noisy due to its location and the creaky wooden floors. Don't even bother with breakfast, stale bread a slice of cheese and a piece of salami is all you're allowed. We have stayed in much better for the price in Santiago

We had a good experience here! Though one staff member with crazy wild hair was very rude. Everytime I tried to speak to her she looked at me like I was an alien and was not helpful at all! Though all the other staff members were fantastic! Apart from the water not working and the toilets being disgusting it was relatively good!

Nice view, really spacious, good shared rooms to hang around, bit hot at night but ok. Could do better with the toilets, only one of them was working when I stayed there.

Everything was really good, I would have appreciated a little more cleanliness in the flat 604, especially the bathroom.
