While the place initially upgraded our room to a Superior, they also changed the bed from a Double to two Twin beds. This was very uncomfortable and I had to show the staff my original reservation to make them change the reservation back for the remaining nights. The second room wasn't as good, but we paid for the arrangement and they should have told us about the upgrade as an option. Also, the Superior rooms have see through doors, so they lack privacy.

This hostal is 3 metro stations from the centre and a bit far from the closest but easily reachable from the airport, the breakfast is very good and wifi excellent, but we asked for a hairdryer and they sais it was burnt !!! they didnt provide a new one. Dispate this, I would go back, you can sleep very well and the neighbourhood is nice :)

Breakfast diversity is not so good. Need some fruits.

Tenuto conto che è un 2 stelle è davvero lodevole! Non mi è mai capitato di vedere la reseption vuota, neanche a tarda notte, ed il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile.

The Staff didn't told us that we get breakfast. Also very unfriendly.

Although the hostel asks you to give them an arrival time, there is no guarantee that they will have a room ready. This is a little inconvenient, especially if traveling a long distance and all you want is a shower. But they could just as easily make a note that there is no guarantee your room will be ready on time. Other than that, the location is good—not too terribly far from the metro, and there's a great Portuguese restaurant with great prices around the corner!

In the second day, we woke up with a problem in the toilet that seemed to be in all the rooms of the hotel. But the staff were really proactive and solved everything very quickly, in less than one afternoon.

I must had that it was very quiet street. Most of their rooms have been renovated. A recurrent problem with the lift, let the staff know and they'll sort it out asap.

One of the "what can I do to rip you off places" Dirty, smelly and internet very expensive

I've been locked inside the bathroom for 50 minutes because the door button was broken, that could be seriously dangerous in case of fire ...

The breakfast was modest. The staff was very nice and helpful.

room was very small and noisy with very small window and the view from it was on next wall - well on 3 more walls.. shame because location was very good.

Hostel is perfect for staying Lisboa while you're discovering the city. Good, continental breakfast! Be aware of parking on street, security is very poor!!!

Fantastic staff, spotless room, very safe and convenient neighbourhood. Only drawback - expensive internet.

old and outdated, the rooms smelled very damp and it was freezing cold inside with no heating. the breakfast was crap.

Aamupala ihan ok.

i was very disappointed when i arrived at the hostel. you can hear every noise in the building and it seems that nobody cared when they were decorating the rooms. even if i don't need more than a clean bed and bathroom, i didn't feel good at this place. the guy at the reception was kind but the woman wasn't that nice. whatever, i wouldn't go back there.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful in assisting any needs we had regarding the city.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our choice. The room is nice and clean with all facilities (good towels, television,...), even a balcony. The breakfast room was spacious and lovely and the food was good and plenty. We did not have to rush to get something to eat. The lounge was comfortable to sit in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving useful information. I would return there anytime.

An oasis of calm in the hot Lisboa during summer. great place to relax,it´s calm, cool and there´s very helpful and professional staff. We got a very cheap and reasonable price for this great place. breakfast is included and just awesome..perfect for always hungry backpackers :)
