My stay was awesome is Casa ! The staff was amazing and very helpful during our stay there. Trey Dins was one of the host there during our stay and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed us on all the local events that were available to us ! He was awesome !!! The local was great as well, not to far from anything !

Very much enjoyed our stay at casa santurce! Great atmosphere, location, and most of all, staff. Trey, alex, noah and sean were extremely helpful and took time to show us around. It was a great time! Would stay there again.

Great for solo travelers. Free pub crawl every night and some activities during the day. Long walk to old Town, but doable. Walking distance to beaches and good bars.

Great location. Close to the beach and down town Old San Juan. Staff has great contacts if you are looking to do excursions. During my stay the water was out in the whole town. The owner bought gallons of water for everybody to use to shower. It wasn’t ideal but they made the best of the situation and were always available to help. My only complaint is there is a building across the street that was extremely loud. At one point they had loud music and guests at 5 am. It made it difficult to sleep

The Owner is making improvements to the facility and his Manager makes an honest effort to help you explore Puerto Rico while enjoying your stay. Location for the Money is Value in my book)) Remember your visiting Puerto Rico and things happen just expect it Not to be boring. Thanks Hugo!

The hostel facilities were very basic and the staff member that greeted us was extremely friendly despite being new(They don't take any cash at check-in!!!!) But the parking on the street isn't ideal (busy and crowded). There's a great bar across the road which is usually open until 3/4am on weekends. The main draw back to this hostel is the LACK OF AC, two fans in a 10 bed mixed dorm was ridiculous and is made worse when certain guests take the fans to use for theirself.

I wouldnt stay here again for the money. The hostel is great located and i liked to hang out on the terrace with other travellers. Everyday at some point we didnt have water. My powerbank got stolen. Washing maschine too expensive. They really have to go down with the price or renovate the place a bit better. a member of the staff was amazing & helpful. If she werent working there i would have left. She was great.

Casa Santurce is a fun, social place to stay when visiting PR. I would have rated my stay better had my first night gone a little smoother. The power went out on the street (nothing the hostel can control, that's ok) but the way management handled the issue was very unprofessional and lacked communication to their guests. Otherwise, the volunteer staff and other travelers were awesome and I enjoyed spending time there with them.
