The Elephant Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Rate: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Non-refundable: Payment has to be done upon reservation is made and it is not refundable in any circumstances.

Prenotiamo una tripla. Momento del check in, non riescono a darci più di una chiave per problemi al pc suppongo. Il ragazzo della reception ci dai un biglietto per 3 drink gratis (uno a testa) da consumare nel bar. Momento del check out, dobbiamo portare noi le sacche della biancheria alla reception. Chiediamo di prendere 3 caffè con i buoni dati il giorno dell’arrivo, ma il ragazzo (che non era quello del check in) ci dice che era solo per 1, gli altri due da pagare. Un po’ dei pezzenti

This is my first time Booking a hostel and it did not disappoint us, elephant hostel made us feel like we’re on a camping trip. One of the receptionist made us feel very welcome, we booked different type of rooms but she let us,my friend too be in the same room she’s super nice and offered us a coffee while waiting for the confirmation. ❣️
