The Elephant Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Rate: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-refundable: Payment has to be done upon reservation is made and it is not refundable in any circumstances.

This was probably the nicest hostel I’ve stayed in. Everything is very clean, all of the staff were super nice, and I never felt unsafe during my stay. The 24 bed dorms are a great layout, so it doesn’t actually feel like there are that many beds in the rooms. All of the beds have blackout curtains which is so nice, but I do think that contributes to a slightly less social atmosphere. The only downside is that there is no kitchen, but they will let you borrow utensils and plates from the bar.

Hostel is clean and nice. The bunks are dead quiet with earplugs and are comfortable too! There is no kitchen weirdly and you're expected to ask the staff to heat food up for you. There's not really any ability to do cooking but you can get some decently cheap meals at the Albert Heijn nearby. It's a little pricey but the area is really nice and close to public transport and interesting things.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed at on my one month long Europe trip in multiple countries. Not a very social one, but the rooms and beds are incredible. You get a lot of privacy and feel very comfortable. Plus, during the hotter months, the A/C in the rooms is a welcome addition. Everything gets cleaned often and I never once felt uncomfortable.
