The Elephant Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Rate: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-refundable: Payment has to be done upon reservation is made and it is not refundable in any circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer a pay-on-arrival option. Reservations are charged prior to arrival according to our payment policy, including reservations with free cancellation. In case of Free cancellation we will refund the amount charged.

Altijd een supertoffe sfeer hier! Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt voel je je meteen welkom. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam — ze staan altijd klaar om tips te geven, vragen te beantwoorden of gewoon een leuke babbel te doen. Ook de andere reizigers zorgen voor een gezellige, open vibe waardoor het makkelijk is om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. Daarnaast is alles ook echt heel proper. De kamers, badkamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes worden goed onderhouden en dat maakt

An automatic light turns on and off every time anyone enters or exits the dorm, including going to the bathroom. The heavy door latch makes a loud click every time the door closes. In my case, people were entering and exiting the dorm throughout the night. I didn't appreciate having to make my own bed, or receiving a text message in the morning reminding me to check out before 11. And you have to pay 10 euros extra if you want to leave your luggage for a while.
