Most unfriendly staff I have ever met in a hostel. Not willing to help at all. Dirty rooms, kitchen and bath rooms (incl. toilets). AC in common area made a chill out on the sofas nearly impossible. No public computers. Was very disappointed especially because of the high price.

Very clean and quiet hostel. Funky atmosphere and vibe. Loved the old brick that has been allowed to remain despite modern upgrades (bathrooms, rooms, common area, etc.) Very clean hostel!

Good facilities. Except cleaners need to vacuum under the beds. Small amounts of rubbish and cigarette butts were present.

Location wise is good as it just behind Central Station. However the hostel does not provide free luggage storage. So, be prepared to incur additional cost when store in locker machine.

The bathroom was dirty and the room tiny.

The location, staff and cleanliness was ok. Just don't choose the dorm in the old carriage, unless you have earplugs. It's next to the rail of the central station ...and the wifi didn't work very well. I think it should be a little cheaper

I am a disappointed having a YHA-Memberchip-card but they dont take it. It sucks to see all the advertising in the hostel but they just refuse to use it. Stupid.

The hostel has it all from quiet corners, to the sociable common room. The staff certainly made sure that it was the best possible stay.

Really nice hostel. Good location and helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere but definitely not an enforced party hostel (like some of the alternatives nearby). I had an 8-share male room, it was big and spacious with plenty of windows and fresh air. Both the main room and ensuite bathroom were clean and well maintained. Communal spaces are comfortable and welcoming and there at plenty of quiet corners with comfy chairs and tables - ideal for reading a book of making a phone call home.
