Had a few issues with an errant room-mate but the staff sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Location and quality of accommodation above average for Sydney!

The location is excellent, it\'s modern, clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, it has character, the communal areas are decent enough. The atmosphere wasn\'t really there though. It\'s too big for that. And the age range is too big - lots of kids and old folk. There isn\'t really an adventure feel to it and they don\'t go to much effort with activities, group trips, socialising etc.. If you\'re a younger backpacker, I\'d look elsewhere - Wake Up (across the street) or in Kings Cross.

Charging for storing bags on the departure day is bad form. I've never seen any other hostel do that. Otherwise I was very happy with this place - it's very clean, and quite well located. My room was fairly normal, rather than train-styled.

Such a great place to stay, very clean and not really that noisey. Such a good location next to Central train station if you catch the train from the airport. Close enough to walk everywhere if you don\'t want to catch a train.

Felt like a trip in Fort Knox, innumerable use of door entry cards got on my nerves after the second day and made the experience more impersonal. I'd recommend this hostel for short stays only.

Railway square has excellent facilities, is in a very handy location, but if you are looking for a fun hostel, this isn't it. That's not a bad thing, but if you arrive there for a party, you won't get it!

It's basically a good location, and it has good showers. If you have a hard time sleeping because of noise, ask for a room that isn't beside the cityrail lines.
