Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

Group bookings must be cancelled at least 1 week prior to arrival otherwise the full amount of your stay will be charged.

Property Description

NO check-in/check-out Policy: 25th December, 26th December, 31st December, 1st January.

This means over Christmas, everyone will need to be checked in by 24th December and can’t check-out until the 27th. Over New Year, everyone will be in by December 30th and can’t check-out until 2nd January.

    not bad for a backpacker , but lousy when booking for it .... wanted to book for 1 extra night , spend 3 hours trying at least 3 times with no result , the 4 Th. time as we were back at the place and still waiting for confirmation ( pin code ) ...... we got someone that was getting in to let us in than we were able to get a phone number to get someone to give us a pin over the phone to end the night nicely ..... now waiting to see if we were charged for the booking trial that got no answer.

    The whole room shook and vibrated with loud echoing noise everytime someone walked in the room above me I could hear every distincted foot step as the room shook violently which made the down light half hang out of the hole in the ceiling. I heard banging noises up until 11pm, then at 1am 3am and again at 5am. I couldn't even tell anyone there as they have such short staffing hours so I ended up leaving even though I booked for 2 nights. Will never be coming back ever again.

    It's unbelievable that they offer service when they haven't staff to attend the guest, not sheets & towel, toilet broken, not answer the mobile, and calling to the guest 1 o'clock to ask for the payment! The hostel is rebuilding ate the moment, I think that is better that they keep close instead of provide worst service.

    Your staff member put my booking through from 12 may to 16 may without my consent I asked him to cancel immediately within the 24 hr refund request your staff have ignored me and my requests to get my refund since

    Their cleaners are lazy. The worst one was the weekdays cleaner. She never cleaned the room. She only moped and threw the rubbish. She did not even wipe the table in common area. Their Kitchen was so yuck.
