1. Reservation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 14 days after we have confirmed your reservation.

The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking. 

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: by 16:00h
Check-out: by 10:00h

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2. Payment & Prices

Payment is accepted via cards and online payments. Full payment is required at check-in. Prices include: Taxes Utlities (water, gas, electricity), Internet usage, Towels, sheets and linens Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request for extra charge of €15) All hostel amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence

Important

When you make a reservation, you are booking a dorm type (not a specific room). Each dorm type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different.  Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of 30% of the full rental amount. This can be paid using debit and credit cards or bank transfer. 

We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:

If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the first night will be charged. Non-refundable rates: The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking and is non-refundable. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs will not be refunded. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email.
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Extending Your Stay

After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.

If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar room should this be necessary.

5. Group Bookings 

Any reservation of 8 or more guests per night is considered a group booking and is subject to different terms and conditions. Group bookings can only be made through direct contact with our reservations team. Special policies regarding payment, deposits, and cancellations may apply for group bookings.

6. Age Restrictions

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent, and can stay only in private rooms.The legal guardian/parent must stay in the same room.If the relationship status is not indicated, a signed parental consent form must be provided.

7. Identification & Security

A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.Secure Lockers are provided in dorms.The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

8. House Rules

Quiet hours: 23:00 - 07:00. Please respect other guests.No smoking inside the building. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.

9. Pets

Dogs and cats are welcome at the hostel only in private rooms.A fee of €25 per dog or cat per stay applies.This policy applies to dogs up to 20 kg.If a pet is noisy or may disturb other guests, owners are kindly asked to consider this before booking.Pets that disrupt the stay may result in the guest being asked to leave the hostel, without a refund.

10. Safety & Liability

Fire exits and safety instructions must be followed at all times. The hostel is not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.

11. Additional Services (optional)

Towels, linens, and safe lockers are included. Tours, events, or shuttle services may be arranged by contacting us if needed.

12. Changes to Policies

Hostel Regenerator reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Guests will be notified of major changes prior to arrival or via booking confirmation.
